Best Sauce Recipe. Period.
In fact, I was going to bottle it- well, I did- see below:

But bottling, selling and distributing is quite a pain in the rear, so I decided just to post the recipe. Plus it's hard to break into that biz.
How can I be so sure you’ll love it? Well I can’t. But I have never tasted any better sauce.
Duke’s Cowboy Grill BBQ Sauce
.5# Diced bacon 1 yellow onion 16 oz apple Cider Vinegar 16 oz. molasses .5 can chipotles pureed 2 oz chopped garlic 4 oz mustard 4 oz liquid smoke ¾ cup soy sauce 1.75 gal ketchup 16 oz balsamic vinegar 4 oz whole espresso beans (decaf!) simmered in 1 qt. water for 15 minutes/strain- reserve liquid
